A tool for the Intergenerational Wealth discussion in Xplan

Xplan Xpress Family Tree

In Enzumo’s Xplan offering, XPRESS, we have configured an option in the Client Builder (Factfind) Wizard to include a section where you can collect your client’s family tree information.

When you select to include this section, a family tree page appears, and allows you to build the Family Tree out, via a simple and flexible interface.

In a practical sense you can be sitting with your client or even online with them, sharing screens, and build out their family tree, but also be adding their family members into Xplan.



Having this family tree diagram can be a useful tool for financial planners who are interested in giving intergenerational wealth planning for several reasons. Some of them are:

  • A family tree diagram can help you to identify the current and potential beneficiaries of the client’s estate, as well as their relationship, and degree of kinship.

  • A visual depiction of the family tree helps you to understand the family dynamics and values of the client, as well as their goals and expectations for their wealth. 

  • A family tree illustration allows you to facilitate communication and collaboration among the different generations of the family, especially when it comes to intergenerational wealth transfer.
