Colleen Tree
Head of Business and Operations
Colleen has 26 years of experience in Financial Services, 14 as an Adviser and 12 in Advice Technology.
She enjoys working with Advisers to create efficiencies in their businesses, enabling them to spend more time with clients, helping them to achieve their financial goals.
Outside of work Colleen enjoys spending time reading and spoiling her nieces and nephews!
Colleen holds a Graduate Certificate in Management and Graduate Certificate in Adult and Vocational Education.
Mark Bolatian
Senior Advice Technology Specialist
Markar (Mark) has been in financial services since 2012. He has held various roles starting off in Retail and Corporate Superannuation Client Services before moving into XPLAN Support and Training.
Mark has a staffy named Lola. He loves camping and the outdoors, particularly star-gazing and when inside watching Anime with a bit of gaming on the side. Mark is rarely seen without his beanie to keep him warm.
Mark has recently completed his Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and is putting his new skills to use with the Enzumo clients.
Elizabeth Er
Advice Technology Consultant
Elizabeth has been working in the financial services industry since 2004. She has had roles in paraplanning, administration, and as an associate adviser.
In her free time, Liz enjoys going for walks, catching up with friends and volunteering.
Liz has completed not only a B.Com, but also a Master of Financial Planning and Master of Business (Management).
Rakhee Sood
Advice Technology Consultant
Rakhee is an XPLAN veteran, having work in multiple advice technology roles over the last 15 years, and prides herself on analysing and interpreting issues until she has a solution to the satisfaction of her clients,
During her spare time Rakhee enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Tom Papworth
Coding and Development Specialist
Tom has worked in the Financial Services industry for over 10 years and brings to Enzumo a wealth of knowledge, lots of new ideas, and an enthusiasm for rolling out these new ideas for Enzumo clients.
Tom lives in Hobart and in his spare time, enjoys hiking and camping with his family.
