IressID and getting it right the second time around!

I’m still fairly new at Enzumo, and one of the first things I had to get used to was using multiple XPLAN sites every day.

When I first set up my IressID, I chose the authenticator app as my Multi Factor Authentication method. At the time, it seemed like the right option, but it quickly became frustrating because I had to go through the login process again and again across multiple XPLAN sites every single day.

What made it worse was that I couldn’t see an easy way to change it myself, which made the whole thing even more painful.

Eventually, I reached out to Iress for help, and they were able to update my MFA method, and the process was surprisingly simple. Honestly, it made day-to-day access so much easier.

 If you are finding yourself in the same situation and your MFA setup is making logging in harder than it needs to be, it’s worth it to change the authentication method.
